These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities and agreements that exist between Shannon Harrison (your practitioner and coach) and you (the client). By booking and attending any session, program, or service offered through Somatic Body, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All practitioners working under Somatic Body reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time, for any reason deemed professionally necessary. This ensures the energetic safety, ethical integrity, and mutual respect within our space.
It is both the client's and the practitioner's responsibility to act with care when feeling unwell. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or other contagious conditions, please reschedule your session. Shannon will also do the same.
Please Note: Practitioners at Somatic Body may or may not be vaccinated for COVID-19, or other vaccines such as rubella, measles, or whooping cough. A practitioner's medical history and vaccination status remain confidential and private. By proceeding with services, you understand and accept that - as with any public-facing health and wellness offering - there may be inherent health risks related to pathogens or infectious disease exposure.
By signing the initial consultation form and continuing with services, you release and hold harmless Somatic Body, its practitioners, employees, and collaborators from any liability, loss, injury, or damages that may arise in connection with the above-mentioned risks, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
