Informed consent is obtained at the time of your Initial Consultation. By completing the required intake forms (ticking, signing, and dating), you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our terms, including the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of treatment and communication.
No treatment or session will commence without this informed consent.
You are always free to withhold any personal or medical information you do not wish to share. However, we encourage full disclosure regarding your health history so your practitioner can provide a safe and well-informed experience that honours your whole self.
Practitioners at Somatic Body also reserve the right to privacy, including (but not limited to) personal medical history and vaccination status. We kindly ask that all relationships within Somatic Body be built on mutual respect, boundaries, and trust.
