Cancellation Policy

Your time is precious, and so is ours. To honour the energy, preparation, and availability that goes into every session, the following cancellation policy applies:

Notice Requirements:

  • 24 hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.
  • 12-24 hours' notice: You are eligible for a 50% refund of your session fee.
  • Less than 12 hours' notice: Unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment.

This is due to the time and energetic space reserved specifically for you, which cannot always be refilled at short notice.

If you're experiencing illness or something unexpected arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While our policies still apply, we always aim to be compassionate and fair; especially when clear, respectful communication is offered.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Typically, you will receive a confirmation and reminder email for your appointment. These emails both contain a 'cancellation' link near the bottom of the email. You can proceed with this link and follow the process.
